Wedding Coordinator Certification Registration Details:

Course fee: $ 750 Canadian Funds (Register and pay below)
This fee includes all Course Instruction, Course Manual, Lecture Notepaper, Pens, Examinations, and a Certificate of Achievement (if all requirements are met). Just show up to class, everything else is supplied!

After successful completion of the course, you will receive a FREE membership to the WPICAlumni Association!

Registration Form
In order to complete your Registration, each person must fill out this Registration Form (Click here) PLEASE pay attention to and read the screen that appears once you submit your Registration Form as it contains all the information you need.

Admittance Requirements:
Registration to this program is open to anyone over the age of 18, with interest in the Wedding Coordination field. You are required to fill out a Registration Form. We reserve the right to deny Registration to anyone known to not uphold the Standards and Ethics of The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada Inc.

Due to the intense, content-rich nature of the course, students must be in attendance for the full in-class lectures to receive certification. 

Payment Terms:
The fee includes a $100 non-refundable Registration Fee.  The entire fee is due 10 business days prior to the course start date.  Payment confirms your registration.  If you have submitted a Registration Form, but have not paid, you are not registered for the course and a spot will not be held for you.

Refunds will be given provided 5 business days notice is given in writing to info@wpic.ca.  All funds will be returned except the $100 registration fee.  There will be no refunds of the course fee once the class has begun.

Payment Options:
Payment can be made through: Email Funds Transfer; Certified Cheque; Money Order; or Credit Card.

Email Funds Transfer:
Once you have sent in your Registration Form you can send a payment through Email Funds transfer if your Internet Banking has that option. Simply email the funds to payments@wpic.ca.

Credit Card:
To Register and pay by Debit or Credit Card, select the session below and choose the "PayPal Payments" button underneath the session you would like to take. All transactions are processed through PayPal's Secure Website. Just follow the directions to set up an account with them and make your payment.
