August 2009- Danielle Andrews Sunkel was on the show to talk about the importance of hiring a Certified Wedding Coordinator who is a member of the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada.  This episode was in reaction to the bankruptcy of a non-WPIC, non-certified Wedding Coordinator who left several clients in the lurch on their Wedding Day.  Danielle explained how this didn't have to happen and how clients need to do their own due diligence when looking for a Wedding Coordinator.

April 2005-Audra Brown, interviewed Tracey Manailescu for CityPulse news, regarding WPIC’s involvement with the charity, The Bride’s Project. New and used Wedding Dresses can be bought for a fraction of the original cost and all money goes to Camps for Children with Cancer.
At the recent Open House, six “Wedding Day Only” prizes were given out from WPIC (10 student-volunteers from Toronto’s Mar/April'05 class were selected to work these weddings.)

Danielle Andrews Sunkel appeared on "Good Morning Canada" April 17 & 18, 2004. On the show she gave Wedding Planning tips and discussed The Wedding Planners and The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC) with the host.

On March 5, 2004, Danielle Andrews Sunkel was interviewed by Mellissa Fung at the CBC Broadcasting Centre in Toronto. Danielle was asked for her opinions on the guilty verdict in the Martha Stewart case. She was also asked about Martha Stewart's impact on Wedding Coordination and how being found guilty would effect that role.

On February 26, 2004, Danielle Andrews Sunkel was interviewed by the co-host of Breakfast Television, Jayson Baxter, at the ATV-ASN studio in Halifax. Danielle talked about The Wedding Planners, Wedding Coordinating and the Wedding Coordinator's Certification course offered by WPIC (The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada) at Dalhousie University March 20, 21, 27 & 28, 2004.
